Club House Rental Information

 
Rental Details  

 

The M.C.S.A. Club House may be rented with prior notice and approval of the board for special events. If you are interested, please contact the MCSA clubhouse 5 weeks prior if possible by phone at 717-393-6416 leave a message and someone will return your call with details, and deposit collection.

NOTE: Once the clubhouse rental is complete it needs to be cleaned and returned to its prior state by 10AM the following morning.

Cost: Members - $130   Non-Members - $300 - a very affordable rate.

Note:  All range activities are halted during private rental functions at 5PM.


 Information and Description

 

 

The Club House Annex area may be configured in several different fashions to suit most occasions.

Many events have been held including Birthday, Graduation parties, and even Weddings.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The Picnic Grove with its beautiful surroundings and Mill Creek right near by, makes a great place for campouts, story telling around the new larger fire ring. As you can see there is plenty of firewood and some great spots for fishing along the beautiful Mill Creek.
